Serious controls for conversations that carry risk.
Access, audit, retention, consent and calling rules are first-class settings — and AI stays a recommendation your people can override.
The settings that matter, as product surface.
Access control
Granular permissions per role, so people see exactly what their job requires and nothing else.
Audit trail
Sensitive actions — exports, suppression changes, configuration edits — are recorded with who and when.
Recording controls
Configure what is recorded and how long it is kept, including pausing capture on sensitive moments.
Consent & suppression
A central do-not-call and consent model enforced before a call is placed, not after a complaint.
Calling windows
Respect local calling hours per customer so campaigns stay inside the rules automatically.
Human override
AI recommends. People decide. Automated action only runs where you explicitly allow it.
Rules enforced before the dial, not after the complaint.
Consent & do-not-call
Checked before a call is placed, with the record to prove it.
Calling windows
Local calling hours honoured per customer, per campaign.
Disclosure prompts
Agents nudged in real time when a required statement hasn't been made.
Sensitive-moment masking
Pause capture during payment or personal detail collection.
Retention controls
Keep what you need for as long as you need it, and no longer.
Export audit
Every data export is attributable.
How we think about it.
Three commitments we hold to, stated plainly and without claims we can't stand behind.
Your conversations stay yours
Recordings, transcripts and the intelligence derived from them belong to your organisation. They are used to run your operation — to score your calls, coach your agents and report to your leadership.
Recording behaviour and retention windows are configurable, capture can be paused during sensitive moments such as payment details, and access to recordings is governed by role.
Access is explicit, not assumed
Permissions are granular and assigned per role, so an agent, a supervisor and an operations lead each see exactly what their work requires. Roles are yours to define and change as teams evolve.
Sensitive actions — exporting data, changing suppression entries, editing configuration — are written to an audit trail with who did it and when.
AI is a recommendation, not an authority
Every cue, score and suggestion carries the reason it was produced: the phrase that triggered it, the moment in the recording it points to. A person can always disagree with it.
Automated action is opt-in per workflow. Where nothing is enabled, Anzzai recommends and waits — it does not act on a customer record on its own.
Assist, don't replace
Anzzai is built for teams whose customers still want a person. AI makes that person faster and better prepared.
Show the reason
Every cue, score and recommendation points at the moment in the conversation that caused it.
Nothing runs behind your back
Automation is opt-in per workflow. The default is a recommendation waiting for approval.

We'd rather answer the hard questions before you buy than after. Book time with the team that builds it.
